ACMI wet lease on the following conditions:
- Lease Rental (ACMI): US $1650 per block hour, net of any taxes
Aircraft, Crews, Maintenance, Aircraft (Hull) & Crew insurance
provided
by the Lessor;
- Guaranteed block hours per month: 80 b/h;
- Position/Deposition: Customer account;
- Number of crew members: 8 person;
- Customer shall provide and pay for:
Hotel for crew *** or equivalent villa with all household goods;
Daily allowance for crew: $40 per person per day;
Three meal per each crew member per day;
Catering for crew per each flight;
Protected warehouse for storage spare parts;
Insurances: Third party liability, Cargo, Passenger, War risks if
any;
- Payment:
Security Deposit equivalent to 1 month rental upon execution of
LOI;
Position/deposition plus 1st month rental shall be deposited upon
execution of Lease Agreement before delivery the Aircraft
