Southern Sudan Beverages Ltd., a recently established beverage company, wishes to make the following appointment at their manufacturing facility in Juba, Southern Sudan:

JOB TITLE: PROCESS ARTISAN

REPORTS TO: TEAM LEADER

KEY PURPOSE

Operate, Maintain, Repair and Optimise plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality.

KEY OUTPUTS

" Maintain tools
" Maintain plant, equipment, spares and relevant documentation
" Carry out repairs/scheduled maintenance
" Operate plant and process equipment
" Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
" Maintain, repair and optimise plant and associated devices
" Work in teams

KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES

" Operate plant and process equipment
" Outstanding interpersonal and facilitation skills
" Maintain plant and equipment
" Maintain house keeping and safety standards
" Ability to implement effective problem solving
" Working knowledge of relevant Health and Environmental standards

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

" 12 years schooling plus tertiary technical education
" Certified Artisan
" Prior experience in a fast moving manufacturing environment
" Understanding of process control within a manufacturing/process environment
" Good understanding of manufacturing and process control principles
